Getting Backlinks to Your Site for Free

The problem is, many of the strategies that used to work aren’t as great as they used to be, or they’re a waste of time.
In the past, getting links from places like guest books was a hot idea. Now it’s not and people are doing similar things with blog commenting/splogging. The same thing goes for search engine friendly directories. The effects are getting more diluted over time. I’ve even stopped most of my reciprocal linking.
What if you put up content on various websites that linked back to yours? Well, this idea isn’t new, but I’ve got a spin to it. I’ll let you in on low cost (or even free) strategy that is barely used by most webmasters….
