Are you thinking about buying membership site software?
One thing that you’ll want to be aware of is that you’ll either need some technical experience, or you’ll need to find somebody that is a techie.
Another thing is that your web host must have the ability to run either CGI or PHP scripts, depending on which membership sites software that you select.
A few months ago, a customer complained and said that I wasn’t telling people the complete truth. She was running a free blog at Blogger.com and she assumed that she could install a membership site using one of the paid scripts that I offer on this site.
Even after I gave her a refund, she still complained and she mentioned that I was misleading people.
While I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong, remember the customer is always right… just kidding. I should say that everybody is right when they think they are right:)
If you’re running a website or blog on a site that doesn’t allow you to install cgi or PHP scripts, then you should not buy any scripts…especially from this site. They won’t work. It’s not because there’s a problem with these scripts – many free blogs don’t allow people to install scripts.
So I guess the lesson out of all of this is, make sure that you have a web host with the requirements (as mentioned in the sales letters) before buying any membership site script.
